How to Put On Lip Tint:
Step 1:
Find a lip applicator, if you do not have one you can just use your pinky finger. Just be sure your fingers are clean to start with.
Step 2:
Apply a small amount of tint at the center of your lower lip. Spread it evenly.
Step 3:
Be sure to act quick! Some brands of lip tint dry out faster than others, thus, a fast hand is a must.
Step 4:
Do the same on the upper lip.
